      The Festival was a success.  The combined effort of our team and participants as well as support 

      from YOU have resulted in a festival that was full of fun learning of our local cultural heritage.

      The day was filled a variety of fun and educational programs where children as well as adults got a 

      chance to experience various heritage-themed activities such as traditional cooking, silkscreen 

      printing with heritage motif, craft making, traditional games, and interactive heritage treasure hunts 

      and entertaining street performances.

2	PRINT YOUR OWN T-SHIRT T-Shirt Printing Kiosk Bring your own T-shirt to our booth and you can get it printed with unique heritage patterns. Mix and match the patterns from our collection and make your T-Shirt the one and only in the world.	12pm-5pm	Garden next to Penang Youth Centre
3	MAKE YOUR OWN TOYS Traditional Toys Making Learn and get hands on skill to make toys from simple and recycle materials. It’s more fun than X-Box and PSP!	12pm- 5pm	Garden next to Penang Youth Centre

5	10-18	CUBA-CUBA KRAFTANGAN Traditional Craft Making Workshop Learn and experience the traditional way of making famous local crafts in an authentic way. Four sifu’s, who have mastered some crafts which are rather unique to Penang, have consented to reveal their trade secrets to the children. 7	10-18	MARI MAIN GAME TRADISIONAL Traditional Games Workshop Go down memory lane and refresh the good old days when traditional games such as Tapak Gajah, Lereng Basikal and much much more. 8	10-12	HERITAGE TREASURE HUNT                                                Come join the mission to find the heritage treasures in the innercity George Town through a fun and experiential activity. Lots of fun and exciting hands on activities including motifs detecting, interaction with the local community.
